About Me

Background

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science at Macalester College. Prior to joining Macalester, I completed my PhD in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Michigan, under the direction of Professor Susan Murray and Professor Zhenke Wu.

Interests

My theoretical research sits at the intersection of machine learning, survival analysis, recurrent events, and longitudinal analysis. Please see my google scholar for a list of recent papers. My applied research has to date, largely been in the field of pulmonary medicine, though I always enjoy new collaborations with interesting statistical questions and considerations
